IT Specialist/Senior IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support and Consult our international Customers on-site and remotely
- Ensure delivery of high quality IT solutions and services, based on a fixed schedule
- Maintain and increase high levels of Customer satisfaction with our IT Services
Requirements
- Any Nationality, male or female
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of IT Systems & Services Management experience
- At least 3 years experience and proven success in related positions
- Senior Level in Microsoft Technologies, Windows OS, Office 365, Cloud/Azure, Exchange Server & Network environment (routers, switches, access points, firewalls and VPNs)
- Solid Expertise in Risk Management, IT Security, Endpoint Security, Data Protection; Firewall, Backup, Antivirus
- Excellent skills in general IT Infrastructure support & proactive IT Consulting
- Ability to create, follow up and follow through with IT Plans, Policies, IT Budgets and IT documentation
- Strong Knowledge of IT Auditing, License compliance, Asset Management, Quality Assurance
- Cisco, ITIL, Microsoft certificates will be an advantage
- Knowledge in PDPA Compliance will be great
- Fluent and confident in English language, written and verbally, is a MUST
